Topps releases limited edition Paris Olympics trading cards signed by LeBron James, Stephen Curry, and Kevin Durant.

Although LeBron James, Stephen Curry, and Kevin Durant rarely played together this past summer, a collectible commemorating their time together at the Paris Olympics is even more exclusive.

Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, and James will all sign a unique Topps trading card featuring the gold medal-winning trio in their Team USA uniforms. The card will be given to a random customer who buys the stars' regular card from the company.

"The card commemorates the remarkable event that unfolded at the Olympics, where three of basketball's most prominent current players joined forces to secure the gold medal," Clay Luraschi, Topps' senior vice president of product, told ESPN. "This specific card holds significance because it comes in a standard version and a signed version. While there have been numerous autographed cards in basketball trading card history, this marks the first instance of these three athletes signing the same card. This makes it truly exceptional."

The base card was released at 6:20 p.m. ET on Saturday -- shortly after the U.S. men's basketball team won the gold medal in a 98-87 victory over France -- and the purchase window will close on Tuesday at 6:20 p.m. ET, at which point Topps will randomly select one customer to receive a redemption card for the triple-autographed card.

A Topps representative has stated that the redemption card will be mailed to the winning participant within ten days of the auction's completion.

The standard card featuring James, Curry and Durant is priced at $11.99.

In recent years, cards with James' signature alongside Hall of Famers like Michael Jordan or Kobe Bryant have fetched tens of thousands of dollars at auction.

"I believe the card is valued at well over $100,000," Ken Goldin, founder and CEO of Goldin Auctions, stated to ESPN when asked for an appraisal of the card's worth. "However, the fact it wasn't obtained from a [pack] limits its value."

This card is included in the Topps Now program, which issues cards immediately to fans as significant events in sports occur. This differs from the traditional card sets that usually celebrate a specific sports league season.

"Topps Now has transformed the trading card landscape, largely thanks to advancements in technology and digital printing," Luraschi explained to ESPN. "This allows us to create these products on demand and deliver them to customers more quickly. Consequently, the moments captured are incredibly timely."

Topps Now was launched by the company in 2016.

In addition to the aforementioned card, the program also unveiled various other cards during Team USA's journey through the Paris Games. These included a card commemorating Curry's impressive 36-point performance in the semifinals against Serbia; a card celebrating Durant's achievement of becoming the all-time leading scorer in U.S. Olympic basketball history; and a card featuring James and tennis star Coco Gauff serving as America's flag-bearers during the opening ceremony.
