The way we have been able to build our brand is by being consistent and true to who we are.”

In recent months, several employees have tragically passed away by suicide or heart attacks, sparking heated discussions online about the company's work environment. Amidst this, an interview with Deepika Padukone has gone viral, where she states, “For many of us, finding these spaces may not be the easiest, most accessible, or even available! So, whenever I have the chance, I try to make the most of it. It's where I don't just survive, I thrive!”

She continued, “Taking a step back allows me to pause, take a breath and realign myself and my thoughts.”

In 2014, Deepika Padukone publicly revealed that she had been struggling with depression and sought professional help to address it. However, according to reports, she is not the only one striving to overcome this challenge.

DNA reported that Padukone's partner, Ranveer Singh, has also been struggling with depression. Apparently, one of Singh's friends posted a suicide note on Facebook before anyone, including Singh or the friend's family, could intervene. The friend took his own life, leaving a lasting impact on Singh, who has been battling 'grief mixed with guilt' since then.
