Chappell Roan joined Olivia Rodrigo on stage for the latter’s “Guts” tour concert at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, Calif., on Tuesday night.
“I consider her one of the most unique, inspiring, and powerful artists I’ve ever had the pleasure of encountering, and I’m thrilled because she’s going to perform one of my all-time favorite songs,” Rodrigo told the crowd before welcoming Roan.
After walking across the stage and embracing Rodrigo, Roan announced at the “Guts” L.A. show: “We’re going to perform a song, and we’re going to teach you a dance.”
The two singers proceeded to sing a duet of Roan’s “Hot to Go!,” during which Roan and Rodrigo hopped together and performed the signature dance to the hit song.

These final shows mark the conclusion of Rodrigo’s U.S. tour dates before she embarks on international performances in Thailand, South Korea, China, Japan, Singapore, and Australia for the latter part of the year. Roan’s appearance serves as a fitting end to Rodrigo’s U.S. tour, as Roan initially opened for the Guts World Tour back in February 2024. Roan’s tour concluded in April, clearing the way for packed performances by the rising star at Coachella, Bonnaroo, Governors Ball, and Outside Lands.
The pair met through producer Dan Nigro, who is Rodrigo’s long-time collaborator, producing partner, and songwriter. Together, Rodrigo and Nigro have created many of her top songs, including the recent “Guts” hits “Vampire,” “Bad Idea Right?,” and “Pretty Isn’t Pretty.” Nigro and Roan have been collaborating since 2020 and recently released the extremely popular track, “Good Luck, Babe.”
