As Tabu celebrates Haider's 10th anniversary, fans demand for its re-release

The love amongst fans for her films with Vishal Bhardwaj is such that they demanded for Maqbool’s re-release soon. Now, as Haider completes 10 years, Tabu shared a trailer from the film celebrating the milestone.

Reacting to it, fans recalled their love for her character, Ghazala. Haider was Vishal Bhardwaj’s interpretation of The Hamlet. The film showcased some powerful performances from Tabu, Shahid Kapoor, and Kay Kay Menon. On the work front now, after Crew, Tabu is all set to be seen in Dune: The Prophecy.

Tabu has added another accomplishment to her impressive resume. She joins the exclusive group of actors, alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Ranbir Kapoor, who have delivered three successful films post-pandemic. Now, she has joined the cast of the Max series, Dune: Prophecy. This news was reported by Variety.

The release date of the series is yet to be announced and the actress will play the role of Sister Francesca. Once a great love of the Emperor, her return to the palace strains the balance of power in the capital," read the description of her character.

The ensemble cast also features Emily Watson, Olivia Williams, Travis Fimmel, Johdi May, Mark Strong, Sarah Sofie Boussnina, Chloe Lea, Josh Heuston, Jade Anouka, Edward Davis, Faoileann Cunningham, Aoife Hinds, Shalom Brune-Franklin, and Chris Mason.
